The systems of the COMBIMASS® series are used for flow rate measurement of gases for various applications in all kind of industries, including chemical and process industry. The measuring principle of COMBIMASS® flow meters is based on thermal dispersion technologie. Thus the measuring systems enable direct measurement of the normal volumetric flow or gas mass flow, unaffected by pressure and temperature fluctuations.
