Gone are the days when the laboratory technician had to put his entire bodyweight on the door handle of the freezer (ultra low temperature) to break the vacuum and to open the door. The new BINDER UF V ULTRA.GUARD™ responds to a gentle tap of the finger or elbow. The perfect freezer for maximum process safety and user convenience.

To open the freezer user identification via RFID key cards is required. Unauthorized access or accidental door openings are prevented. Each authorized opening is recorded in a logfile. The GUARD.CONTROL Reader kit downloads within seconds up to 12.000 logfiles, information necessary to generate documentationed proof in accordance to GLP/GMP standards. A little nudge is enough to close the door automatically. The unit provides maximum ease of use in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

The intelligent door mechanism is only one of the features that BINDER has given its new -86 °C freezer standard. The DATA.SECURE™ System transfers data to a PC without additional software. The Data Logger with USB connection records the interior temperature. Various interfaces are available standard for connection into the security and alarm systems, and there are various network versions for customer-specific connection to IT. As a result, BINDER UF V offers maximum process safety.
