The MVL is a 3D multiple-scanner system from Binmaster that provides a higher inventory accuracy than a single 3D level scanner. Its system incorporates the multiple point measurement data from two or more 3D level scanners to operate on a wide surface area which allows estimation of inventory volume with good accuracy. With its advanced processing and software, this scanner system shows a visual status of the material surface that exhibits high and low points in the bin such as cone up, cone down, sidewall buildup, or bridging. This system can be installed in grain silos including 105s or million bushel bins, in large covered grain storage facilities, in ethanol facilities with large bins of corn or DDGS, and many more. It is suitable for applications with powers and solids and capable of measuring up to 200 feet.
