BM-T model Tilt Switch from BINMASTER is a economic level indicator having ideal usage in various applications and materials. On tilting 15°, the device activates an alarm used for detection of plugs or clogs in chutes of high levels of large, heavy materials in bins, tanks and silos. Its simple mechanical design facilitatesits use as a load sensor if positioned over open piles or conveyor belts. A wire rope chain or other flexible hanger which can support the device can be used to install the tilt switch on the controlling point. Additional sensitivity for the tilt switch can be enhanced by usage of an optional paddle extension. Alter for high level or clogged status activates as the switch tilts at least 15°.
