The CVR-625, manufactured by Binmaster, is a compact vibrating rod that is ideal for small bins, hoppers, and feeders. It features a comprehensive insertion length of 6", it is also ideal for space constrained applications. It is easy to install, fitting through a standard 1-1/4" NPT mounting socket and can be used in process temperatures up to 300º F. It requires no calibration and features a self-cleaning sensor, switch selectable high or low fail-safe, and an auto sensing power supply which can accommodate 20 – 250 volts AC/DC. Remote electronics via a point level alarm panel are available to alert to bin levels for four up to 24 individual sensors. It has a power consumption of 3 VA, a relay of SPDT 5A 250 VAC and a time delay of 1 second from stop of vibration, 2 to 5 seconds for start of vibration.
