The UPP is a machine designed to provide positive pressurization free of corrosive gases in the environments that contain computers, control rooms, motor control systems and electronic or electric equipments.
The industries in which it is commonly used are the: petrochemical, pulp and paper , smelters, and laboratories. This system is designed to maintain the positive pressure constantly in the environment that has to be protected, avoiding the entrance of the contaminated air outdoors. A 50% of its flow is used to maintain the positive pressure meanwhile the rest is used to recycle the air in the room.
There are two different kinds of possible setting: Horizontal and Vertical. The system will be assembled conveniently for the client depending on the necessities it has to fulfil and the place it has to be placed. There is a range of filtrating means to eliminate, thru the use of two beds of pellets, the different kinds of gases. The most common are: hydrogen sulfite, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, chlorine compounds, ammonia...
