Braided sleeves from Polyester (i.e. Trevira by Hoechst), Polyamide and Aramide (i.e. Kevlar by DuPont, Twaron by Akzo) complete our production programme. They are mainly used for the manufacture of cable looms. In addition to exhibiting high tensile strength and low stretching capabilities they have the decisive advantage, not only for horizontal movement but also for vertical compression, that their internal diameters are extremely flexible.
