thickness tolerance and high ultimate strength. The strip thickness is rolled to close tolerance with servo-hydraulic adjustment and most modern strip thickness measuring technology and appropriate control systems.
Another feature is that the stand can be used for pre-rolling down as well as for finish-rolling after annealing in one system.
The rolls are lubricated and oiled by rolling fluid. Exhaustand filter units for the rolling fluid are provided directly at the line and are integrated in the stand for the oil mist. The special design ensures easy of handling even for highstrength strip 12 mm thick. Rolls are changed automatically by a roll changer.
