Magnetic coolant-filter
40 - 520 l/min | MFW series
BKW
Function:
The soiled coolant is introduced into the pre-fill chamber through one or several admission sleeves and distributed over the entire roll within this chamber. Once having left the pre-fill chamber, the soiled liquid flows into an annular space segment around the magnetised pole disks of the filter roll. At the same time, the magnetic floating particles are extracted from the liquid. The purified liquid then leaves the housing at the bottom and flows into a clean material container installed beneath. The dirt particles sticking to the magnetic roll are then extracted from the liquid by a continuous turning movement of the roll, are skimmed-off by a wiper plate and pushed towards the dripping edge by the continuous flow of quantities of dirt and finally, all the dirt drops into a sludge collection container installed beneath.
