The Orion 2200

Ideal for both single and multi-ply materials, the Orion 2200 is purpose-built to fit your cutting room, and offers unrivalled control thanks to its easy-to-use control software. In sizes ranging from 1.5m to 3m cut width and 1.5m to 15m cut length.

Single and multi-ply materials up to 5mm thick

The Orion 2200's dynamic cutting performance is available on single and multi-ply materials using a tangential blade or ‘pizza’ wheel. Depending on your application, cut materials can be automatically marked and labeled with a pen or ink spray.

A punching option is also available for alignment and ventilation.

Software driven for maximum control

Controlled by easy-to-use graphical software, the Orion 2200 minimises material wastage by automated nesting. This process is seamlessly integrated to create simple or complex cut parts to within 0.5 mm accuracy at an impressive 0.5G cut acceleration.

The material is held in place by a vacuum system featuring reverse blow for ease of handling.

Comprehensive on-site training

Every customer of Blackman & White receives on-site mechanical and software training at the time your new system is installed and commissioned. Basic maintenance training is also included.
