Feeding system for packaging machine BluePrint Automation
What does it do?
- Unscrambles and feeds flexible packed product coming from a discontinue production process
How does it work?
- Products in bulk are fed manually or automatically into the bulk hopper of the feeder, whereupon they are released on demand towards multiple servo-driven tracking sections. Here the products are first separated, brought into a single line, than, if necessary, turned into one direction (short side leading) and spaced evenly. From here the products can be fed directly into the packaging cell.
What can I pack?
- Potato chips and other snacks, Confectionery, Candy bars, Pet foods, Pouches, Thermoformed Products, etc.
- Bulk feeding of products to a BluePrint Automation vision-guided robotic system
- Bulk feeding of products to a flow-wrapper
- The merging of different flavored bags to a production line to create a multi/variety-pack
How productive is it?
- Unsurpassed in build and flexibility, minimal wear, and superior quality! Up to 200 PPM!
