BCT-50-100 BlueSens gas sensor

This pressure-compensated system has two infrared sensors for measuring CO2 (up to 50 Vol.%) and CH4 (up to 100 Vol.%) without any interferences to humidity and other gasses, like hydrogen sulphide. Due to the internal heated piping, made of stainless steel, there won\'t be a corrosion in the inside of the apparat. You can see the measuring data at the display and you can connect them through analog outputs, for example to a process control system.
As an active sampling with a pump is not needed, the BCT-50-100 offers an independent of flow and reliable gas analysis, especially for fermenters with low gas volume.
The resulting gas mixture of methane, carbon dioxide and other gasses is piped through the system directly.
