Description

The BA5_ range is specifically designed for aluminium brazing under vacuum conditions. The BMI vacuum furnaces of the BA5_ family are specifically designed to meet the requirements of aluminium brazing under vacuum conditions, and complete the range of brazing and sintering furnaces offered by BMI. (B5_T and B5_TM furnaces). These furnaces have complete metal insulation with a low degassing rate, full-size pumping units to ensure the high vacuum level required for aluminium brazing and 6 heating zones to guarantee a thermal homogeneity of +/-3°C. The BA5_ vacuum furnaces are particularly well suited for the brazing of heat exchangers (honeycombs, plates, exchanges, etc.), sub-units for aeronautics and aerospace engineering (waveguides, etc.). As an alternative to the furnaces of the BA5_ family, BMI also offers a range of hot wall furnaces for aluminium brazing by non-corrosive flow, which is spread widely in the automobile sector. These fully automatic installations enable perfect reproducibility of results.
