Description

The BMICRO range is an economical alternative for the treatment of small loads or for integrated small productions, R&D centers, universities. BMICRO, compact vacuum furnace for laboratories and industrial applications BMICRO is a compact vacuum furnace designed for integrated small productions, laboratories, Research and Development centres, universities, etc. and for all companies who wish to control all of their manufacturing processes, including vacuum heat treatment. Thanks to its low cost and reduced maintenance charges, this BMICRO small vacuum furnace is an economical alternative to subcontracting. This small industrial furnace is particularly well adapted to the main vacuum heat treatments at high temperature such as gas quenching, solution heat treatment, brazing, sintering, stress relieving, annealing and the ALLCARB® low-pressure carburising available as an option. These vacuum furnaces can be equipped with convection to reduce the heating time and also to carry out homogeneous low-temperature heat treatments such as vacuum tempering cycles, often complementary to vacuum gas quenching. The B8_T will be recommended for compact loads and the VSE8_T will be more suitable for the treatment of heavy loads.
