1. Rough adjust to within .25", then activate hydraulic functions.

2. Standard specifications
- Stroke Length .250" total (.0125" per jaw in dual clamping mode)
- 4,000 lbs. estimated maximum clamping force on the workpiece
- 7200-lbs. hydraulic pressure required to reach maximum clamping force
- Piston area .586 Square inches
- Volume .146 cubic inches for full (.25") stroke
- ¼ BSPP port fitting at end of lead screw

3. All dimensions of TV4/100 units remain the same with the exception of the following:
- Overall length 16.7" approx., with all extra material on the handle end.

4. Workpiece Clamping Limitations when using hydraulic slides:
- Minimum jaw closing when using soft jaw sets (P/N- SJS-100) .150 total .(075 per side in dual mode)
- Minimum jaw closing when using hard jaw sets (P/N- HJS-4 & SNJS-4) .80 total .(.40 per side in dual mode)
