The system consists of a vibrating screen with a flexible screening deck, which removes the 0-10mm fraction out of a dirty material stream. This fraction can contain a lot of fine glass, which causes enormous wear to the air system and should be removed from the material stream before it reaches the wind shifter. As the wind shifter does not clean the 0-10mm fraction, there are small pieces of paper in this stream. Behind the vibrating screen there is a covered conveyor with a wind shifter positioned at the end with an integrated reception chute.
