RIVSET® Self-Piercing Riveting Systems

Bollhoff have three systems that are designed for different fields of application.
The RIVSET® HTF is a universal battery-operated handheld device for RIVSET® rivets with a diameter of 3 or 5 mm.
Fields of application:
- on construction sites
- in prototype construction
- as a re-working solution
- for repairs
For smaller volume applications, the RIVSET® CTF is suitable for processing belt-magazine self-pierce rivets. This system allows for a quick change of different rivet geometries and is suitable for all types of RIVSET® rivets. The RIVSET® CTF is reliable and maintenance-friendly due to its simple construction.
The RIVSET® EBF self-pierce riveting system is suitable for processing loose RIVSET® self-pierce type rivets for smaller volume applications. Even the smallest rivet geometries (3 x 4 mm/3 x 5 mm) can be fed in a process-stable manner via a blast of air. The feed of the respective rivet geometries is accomplished via a drum separator, which ensures quick and gentle separation. The EBF system stands out due to its compact construction. It is designed for quick installation and commissioning as a "turn-key" solution.
