Thread technology for HELICOIL® plus, HELICOIL® tangless, KOBSERT® and QUICKSERT®

For metals with low shear resistance, Böllhoff offers an outstanding solution for thread reinforcement: HELICOIL® plus and HELICOIL® tangless thread inserts ensure high-strength, non-wearing, thermally loadable, high-precision threads.
These thread inserts are also suitable for waste recycling and repair of inside threads.
Böllhoff offers corresponding fitting solutions, from handheld fitting tools to fully automatic fitting machines for mass production.
Supplemental to this, there are QUICKSERT® threaded bushings for expansion anchoring and KOBSERT® threaded bushing that is specially tailored to air (gas) and water-tight connections.
