Bond Laminates
TEPEX® x08: thermoplastic polyurethane is transparent, which allows the use of decorative weavings. The forming temperature is approx.210°C-230°C. The material can easily be formed, producing an outstanding finish. Forming into simple curves is even possible from 100°C. This material is consequently ideal for orthopaedics. In the sport industry, this material is ofteninsert-moulded with standard TPUs. The material is moreover easy to bond. Chemical resistance as PA12. The material exhibits outstanding properties at temperatures < 0°C. TEPEX® materials on a TPU basis exhibit the best mechanicalproperties.
