Multi-Tubular (box type end wall) Fired Heaters:

Bono Energia HTH/OMP are innovative fully sceened multi tubulars box type end wall fired heaters. They were sold in more than 2500 units all over the world for different fields of application working with different heat transfer fluids.
Thermal fluid heaters series HTH, OMP and HTH R are suitable for heavy duty industrial operation. They can operate with a wide range of mineral and synthetic thermal fluids.

The multi-tubular patented design offers common features joined to different standards in calculation and design, according to the maximum bulk and film temperature to be obtained (Design, construction and testing according to API 560 , ASME, EN, DIN, ABS, R.I.Na. SQLO and others).
- Large furnace: it is suitable for high capacities up to 40 MW per each single unit as package, and it causes a lower thermal stresses on the heat transfer fluid (long life for the charge) thanks to the reduced specific thermal load (40÷60 kW/m)
- Complete screening of the furnace: it allows a higher efficiency radiation heat exchange, and with a wide furnace it also allows easy matching of the most stringent emissions (especially for NOx level). The external generator walls max 20-30 °C above room temperature, and that reduces the heat losses outside (higher thermal efficiency).
- No refractory materials: the absence of refractories reduces the thermal lag of generator, thus increasing the heater's flexibility
- Burner characterized by compressed air/steam atomisation of the fuel oil Low NOx burner type: it makes possible to use very heavy fuel oils (70 °E at 50 °C) and to reach very low NOx levels (120 mg/sm with natural gas firing)
