· Definition: Compact and secured control of protective gas for the metal muffle furnaces using flammable gas for the heat treatment. Ideal for the retrofitting and standardization of the old furnaces without safety
system.
· Construction: 2 partition construction. Safety gas set contains control, electrical and pneumatic components, and the torch (the device that is to be fixed either on the retort or on the muffle by the means of an air tight fitting for a tube of Ø10 mm).
· Gas types: Nitrogen, hydrogen, or composed gas: forming gas, cracked ammonia.
· Safety equipments: 1 programmable logic controller, adjustment and display of gas flow rate, Nitrogen purging, retort pressure displaying manometer, exhaust gas burner with an electric lighter, double
safety valves, pressure-relief valve, non-return valves. The set comes with 2 gas supply hoses of 3 meters.
