Plants are suitable to produce aluminium or tin plate caps from full sheet and can be supplied into three different main models:

a)
70 tons portal press at gear box transmission suitable to be equipped with double row punches Die-Tools at linear feeding system

b)
50 tons flywheel portal press suitable to be equipped with single row punches Die-Tool at Zig-Zag feeding system

c)
70 tons press at gear box transmission suitable to be equipped with Die-Tool at double or single row punches at combined feeding system, linear/Zig-Zag

All the models are equipped with feeding system at linear motors of last generation operated by drivers controlled by Motion Control.
An advanced software system allows interchangeability and a quick change of tooling.

Bortolin Kemo also projects and manufactures on request Special Pressing Plants for the production of closures, covers and different type of aluminium and tin plate caps.
