Machine with load bearing frame realized with sectional profile, welded and painted elements composed by:
Vertical cases storage unit to be formed;
- Continuous movement of the box from the picking up in the storage unit till to the discharge of the formed case;
- Only one motor with transmission trough toothed belts, chains and cams;
- Mechanic leafer device driver by kinematic motions checked by cam;
- Completely mechanic opening case station without suction cups and without pneumatic;
- Fixed and movable flaps - folding for the bottom case pre-formation with rotating cam equipped with also vertical movement that widens the long flaps during the folding of the small flaps;
- Final pressing station at continuous movement equipped with pushers driver by cam;
- Exit cases format with cases rectification device;
- Phase and machine cycle trough check and encoder;
- Electrical board with PLC, touch screen interface for the operator. Electrical and safety devices according to the accident prevention laws.
