Production: about 1500/3000 cases/hour according to the typology of packaging
Machine equipped with a double-ended tough frame in steel sheet metal printed and welded, with front and side panelling in stainless steel.
- Arc-movement mechanism controlled by one gear motor operated by a vectorial inverter and encoder
- Head holder group assembled on two chained rings and relative toothed wheels mortised to the machine shoulders. Chains of lubricated type for ever.
- Bottle piling up platform at motorised conveyors in stainless steel, completed with presence bottles device.
- Centring conveyor of the bottles into the cases/crates.
- Machine fitted with safety and arrest sensors in all vital sections.
- Cases/cartons conveyor with automatism and checks for the containers feeding, with gear motor and selector for the centring phase of the same.
- Bottles gripping controlled via special prehensile units (bells), (gripping system). In particular situations are used punches /suction cups or magnetic heads.
- It can be fitted with gripping heads with gripping units set in fixed position (fixed heads) or in variable position between them
In the first case they are fixed heads, in the second one they are movable heads.
- The machine can be equipped with self-adjusting automatic 3 axes head, in order to work formats with diam.50 to diam.110 mm in formats 3x2, 3x4.
- Independent wiring and pneumatic control panels.
