- Accident prevention protections mainly composed of two telescopic tunnels which permit the complete and easy access to all the machine sides.
- Door support of the upper spraying device and of the flaps closing mechanism adjustable in height.
- Continuously rotating flaps closer mechanism, connected to the movement of the transport system, in a cinematic way.
- Main motor checked by Inverter, which controls trough cinematic ways all the machine movements, always guaranteeing the perfect synchronism, also during the speed changes.
- Flaps presser device with single needle rollers at spring compensated, to obtain an homogeneous pressing of the glue scrapes.
- Pneumatic plant complete with filtration and pressure reduction group.
- Motorized cadence synchronized belt checked by inverter, and spacer belt in entry, both composed of high friction conveyors on the boxes.
- Supports with adjustable in height foot.
- Panel board with PLC and also with touch screen for the operator interface, with safety devices, according to the accident prevention laws.
