Machine suitable for carton sealing by means of "HOT-MELT". It is suitable for the folding and the sealing of the upper flaps. Production: 1800 cartons/hour according to the cartons quality and dimension.
Machine fitted with load bearing frame in printed and welded steel, also mounted on self-blocking wheels;
- Automatic device for flaps closing and upper spraying ;
- Glue machine group interlocked to the spraying device; the spraying controls occur with adjustable photocells;
- Cartons advancing device with spacing - synchronizer device on the lower side;
- Carton presser device at the exit;
- Pneumatic plant complete with filtration group and pressure reduction;
- Electrical panel with safety devices, according to the accident prevention laws;
- Self centring side panels in stainless steel, adjustable according to the carton dimension;
- Flaps closer mechanism composed of a pneumatic control arm and flaps closer side panels;
- Motorized belts in knurled rubber for the advancing of the cartons;
- Cartons spacer motorized belt;
- Supports with adjustable feet in height.
