The carton conveyors are realized with one or more ways composed by a folded sheet in stainless steel AISI 304 - SB 2,5 mm. thickness. It is press folded and supported by a stainless steel tube mounted with plans and supports type MARBETT. They are fitted with bottles guide panels.
According to the necessity, some chains of various typology are mounted,: for empty cartons, chain, in vinegar resin at low friction coefficient of flat top type (at flatted surface), as for the filled cartons, the chain is of needle-rollers type.
They are equipped with several control devices which permit to:
- turn the carton of 90-180 grades (cases turning device);
- turn the carton of 90-180 grades (cartons turning device);
- separate the carton from each other (pneumatic spacing device or cartons spacing device conveyor);
- change height of the conveyors (conveyors in rubber).
They can be fitted with several control devices for the line logical management, as for example the sensors for the presence of the cartons or photocells for overflow.
