Automatic machine fitted with a suction cups until three heads unit that grip, open and insert the preassembled bottle-partitions during the running through an automatic device and the insertion into the carton. Production: 50 cartons/min.

Reliable machine fitted with a strong tubular steel frame with door for easy access; composed of: - Triple partition storage unit with length of about 1,5 mt., split for 6 cells partitions; - Suction cup head unit grips, opens and inserts the bottle-partitions, capable of collecting them until three at the same time. - Main motor equipped with a special mechanism that guarantees a fast and free movement. - Case conveyor with spacing mechanism and synchronizer. - Control and opening partition device; - Motorized vibrating conveyor of 2 mt, if the insertion of the partitions happen after the packing, in order to protect the labels.
