Production: about 5400 bottles/hour depending on the typology of the packaging.
Machine composed by:
- Case pre-former FCT98/2 which arranges for giving shape to the case, collecting it from the cases storage unit with a capacity of about 150/300 cases, folding the 2 minor flaps and releasing it for its descent on phase with the transfer. Production: about 1000 cases/hour;
- Partition inserter MA03/2 (optional) which collects the partitions from the storage unit, it shapes and inserts them into the case. The partitions storage unit of practical loading and long autonomy (useful length about 1 mt.) allows an unusual presence of the operator.
Production: about 960 cases/hour:
- Case packer IAM 1T/PIAVE which arranges for inserting the upright or reversed bottles into the case through the bottles turning device. Production: about 6000 bottles/hour for upright bottles and about 2700 bottles/hour for crossed bottles.
The Packing cycle can be ended with the sealing of the cases through the gluing with hot melt for the upper flaps of the case or through the belting with adhesive belt in PVC for the upper and lower flaps.
The machine is managed by PLC and the operator interface is composed by a touch screen.
