The ball screws eLINE available on stock, are prefabricated with threaded nose or flange nuts.
Machining on only one end, with dimensions fixed bearing, allows an easy combination with stages LGL equipped with slotted round nuts for hook-spanner.
A detailed attention was given to the load capacity of the bearing. For small diameters of screw, the diameter of range was increased by the addition of a pivot welded by friction.
Less rigorous tolerances allow the very economic solutions. For example, the nut is always assembled with axial play.
Scrapers are integrated out of standard.
