Rexroth developed two new modules Compact eLINE, eCKK and eCKR. These two systems, with notched belt or ball screw, delivered pre-assembled, comprise an engine step by step with stage of integrated power and order. These two types of drive make it possible the user to cover all his applications, in precision of positioning as well as of rate of travel. These systems are deliverable according to two alternatives: Either assembled module delivered according to preset lengths integrating driving step by step, power and positioning control, or freely configurable module with race, configuration of the driving plate and fixing to the request. The ordering of the module Compact eLINE communicates with control units top-of-the-range by digital ports I/O. The operator can use the linear system manually and program the cycles in learning mode.
