Rexroth proposes a system mecatronic without precedent: This one integrates products which already proved reliable in many fields: Compact linear modules and modules, with drive by ball screw or timing belt, aluminum profiles with parts of assembly and interfaces, of the carts, modules of rotation and pneumatic grippers, the servo-motors with control and controls of axes, as well as cable chains.
From the process of the customer Rexroth has the means placed at its disposal thanks to its technologies '' Drive and Control '': search for solution, studies (mechanisms, automata,...), provisioning, assembly, adjustments, in order to deliver a unit meeting the definite needs for the customer. This one is finally released from all these long and expensive tasks, between the design and the tests. Lastly, maintenance is not remains about it because all the assemblies are carried out with rings of centering which ensure rigidity, precision and perfect interchangeability of the components.
