Our barrier film lines are configured with our now legendary SCD® (Streamlined Coextrusion Die) either in its conventional configuration with air gap temperature isolation between modules or in its more recent compact FlexSTACK™ configuration.
Superior thickness uniformity is achieved with our I-Flex® auto gauge control system, while unsurpassed roll quality with any type of film is attained with our FlexWIN™ gap turret winders with linear lay-on roll. Our most recent ITALYCS®-4 line control systems provides an integrated operation of the complete line.
In addition we supply some customers with customized monolayer and 3-layer lines for the production of value added films including retrofits of existing installations for higher output, efficiency improvements, and better film quality.
