The Diabreton HS gang-saw has been specially engineered to attain the highest downfeed speed.
The diamond blades have a useful run of 700 mm and 74/80 strokes per minute.
The heavy-gauge (9 tons) large diameter (3.6 meters) flywheel is a dynamically balanced mass powered by a 90 kW motor: this ensures more regular movements, higher cutting precision and lower energy consumption.
The internal width between the lateral supports of the block-holding trolley is 2.250 or 2.800 mm depending on the model. The widest saw can hold up to 110 blades: this means that the operator can load two blocks, thus producing more square meters per cartload.
