The RTU870 Series encompasses a wide range of compact RTUs with data logging capability and with on board I/Os expandable from 8DI/DO to several hundred I/Os.

The units are DIN-rail mountable and have a number of DC or AC power options, including industrial battery charger to provide battery back-up when mains supply fails.

A full package of configuration and driver tools are provided, which support programming of simple control sequences and dial-up settings for modems.
