Thermal mass flow-meter for gas Bronkhorst

Bronkhorst High-Tech Mass Flow Meters are made to customers’ specification, in various styles, suitable for use in laboratory, industrial environment and hazardous areas. EL-FLOW series Mass Flow Meters and Controllers for gas applications have a housing designed for laboratory and clean processing conditions. The Mass Flow Meters of the IN-FLOW series are of weatherproof design (IP65) for use in pilot and production plants in industrial environments (ATEX Zone-2). The Mass Flow Meters of the EX-FLOW series are suitable for gas flow applications in hazardous environments. The intrinsically safe measuring head is tested according to ATEX Zone-1 (protection II 2 G EEx ib IIC T4). Bronkhorst Mass Flow Meters can be supplied in ranges starting from 0,02…1 mln/min up to 11000 m3n/h air-equivalent, with pressure rating between vacuum and 700 bar.
