Stop of safety patented S.G.D.G.
More particularly studied for the tower cranes, the stop of safety is intended to prevent those from leaving the way, at the end of the track in the event of wrong movement or, apart from the periods of use, under the influence of external forces such as a blowing strong wind in a direction close to that of the way.
The cushioning device includes/understands deformable Elastomer plugs which ensure an effective braking by absorbing an energy until the stopping of the machine.
Braking is progressive without restitution of energy
Long studies and many tests in center of tests specialized made it possible to define ideal the weight ratio/power for this kind of apparatus which combines the effectiveness with lightness. Its attachment unit allows its easy and effective installation any point of the way and without boring of the rail.
We solve all the problems for cranes whose caractéstiques ones go: of = 24 tons with 330m/mn with = 2714 tons with 10m/mn
The stop must be positioned to 1 m of the ends of track (c.f.: Memo-practical 03.81 OPPBTP)
