The production line includes transfer machine BTB TRV 12S-18U+1MC HSK 63 CN-EL OP10 and BTB TRV 12S-16+1MC HSK63 CN-EL OP20 , for the production of cast iron compressor bodies for the household appliance market. This system of two machines initially works the part on the first machine OP10, the part is then completed on the second machine OP20.
It includes an innovative clamping system designed to obtain maximum rigidity, part stability, and it avoids any type of deformation. This highly productive transfer offers a technologically innovative system designed to offer a complete production line able to completely finish the part and at the same time maintaining precise tolerances.
