The key factor here is judicious coordination of quality planning, smelting and rolling technology, and annealing processes in house.
We use ingots from our own steel mill. The symmetrical profile and uniform thickness tolerances throughout Buderus hot strip make it the ideal input stock for producing cold strip with precision tolerances.
Our steels satisfy the stringent requirements for punching and fine blanking, often in combination with critical forming processes.
