Description

Automatic Bag Closing Station MWTV Automated processes and efficient technologies are the essential foundation for efficient and flexible bagging. The automatic bag closing station MWTV is capable of quick and reliable closing of up to 16 open-mouth paper or polypropylene bags with a filling weight of 10 ... 50 kg. Thanks to the integrated bag spreader the filled bags are transferred optimally to the closing station. Maximum flexibility thanks to variable stitched closure. Depending on the specific requirements, the bag closing station can be equipped with industrial stitching machines for producing various stitched closures. Optimal hygiene thanks to optional bag folder. The optional bag folding device improves sanitation for all simple stitched paper and polypropylene bags. The upper rim of the bag is folded before stitching, increasing the sealing action of the closure for dusty products. This function can simply be deactivated if not needed. High operating reliability with Integrated control system. Equipped with its own modern local control system with display and easy-to-use user interface. Ensures monitoring of the operating parameters and intelligent control of the machines operation. Modular solutions. The bag closing station is part of the integrated, modular bagging line. The bag closing station can be combined with a bagging carousel MWPM or a single-spout bagging station MWPF. The level of automation can be gradually increased.
