Automatic extracting system for the die casting industry
max. 1 400 t | BuhlEx S
Bühler AG
BuhlEx S.
BuhlEx S is a reliable device for efficient use in all die casting machines. Its sturdy design and simple construction are key to the high degree of availability of a casting cell. The Pick&Place device has three permanent control programs and is available in two sizes. BuhlEx S is well-suited for long production runs using machines with a locking force of up to 1,400 t.
Short extraction times
* Modern servo technology allows for very precise gripping and extracting of the cast parts and free programming of the speeds allows for short cycle times.
* Gripping, transverse movement and swiveling occur pneumatically and allow for well-positioned depositing of the parts.
Easy to use
* The movements are programmed on a touch screen attached to the device's control unit.
* A graphical user interface makes the device easy to use during production.
* The system is quickly ready for operation after a change in production since the absolute stroke indicators on the drives eliminate any effort needed for referencing when the system starts up.
