With Bühler's new roller grinder, coffee beans can be ground. The GrindDefineTM was specifically designed for high-precision grinding with exact particle size distributions. It is particularly appropriate for fine grinding and capsule coffee applications with distinct requirements. However, the modular set-up permits optimized use in all fields of application, ranging from instant and filter coffee to espresso and very fine micro grinds. A robust design and precise gap adjustment guarantee optimum grinding processes and therefore high-quality coffee products. Thanks to its modular design, the machine can easily be retrofitted with additional grinding stages.
Precise and consistent fineness thanks to accurate roll gap control
The sophisticated mechanism used for the automatic GrindDefineTM roll gap setting is thoroughly tried and tested. Speed adjustment of the directly driven rollers is infinitely variable, ensuring optimum operation, excellent grinding results and energy savings.
