ec4more is the name for the BLDC product line of motors - a completely new development - that Bühler Motor presented for the first time to an audience of interested technical professionals at electronica, ComPaMED and SPS/IPC/DRIVES. ec4more stands for more power in the smallest of spaces and for quick and uncomplicated adaptation to special customer requirements. Its design highlight: segmented stators that enable extremely high power density in the ec4more drives.
In terms of their space requirements and exterior design, the new small brushless motors are oriented toward previous package sizes: cylindrical in diameters of 30 to 60mm and lengths of 50 to 110mm. This makes it easy to populate existing solutions with the up to 400 Watt strong new EC motors too.

Their high quality, built-in right from the start (FMEA or APQP), makes the new ec4more product line the first choice wherever maximum reliability and optimal control under extreme environmental conditions are what count.
