Operation
Erecting, loading and closing of flat or pre-glued carton sheets. Wrap-around-cartons, american case (RSC-fold boxes) or only trays can be manufactured with this machine.

Products
Thermoformed packs, Trays, cups/pots, bottles, boxes, flow wrap bags in corrugated card board- or solid fibre board cartons. Multi layer grouping with/without interlayer or lateral layer. Bottom with steps, wrap-around-carton with/without display-window, full seal carton, set pack "ZIPP and KNACK" (Display Tray). Standard trays, display trays with/without plug-in-lid/5-side-outboard lid, trays with U-stack edge, plug-in-flap, Braces, 3-side closing lid or Crates.

Design
Wide format variability with compact design. Different colligating systems allow high performance at maximum product care. Thermoformed packs, flow wraps, etc. can be packed at high output rates in laying way. Servo driven stations allow up to 35 cycles/min and short format change over times.
