The plastometallic buttons of operation proposed by company BÜLTE offer a broad product range as much varied by their forms (triangular, with ears, knurled, hexagonal,...) that by their sizes (of 21 mm to 64 mms in diameter of head).

Manufactured by assembly, these parts are carried out with an insert out of steel, stainless, titanium, aluminum or brass: to facilitate your stock, it is only one part instead of two.
Ultra solids, economic and light, these products are idéals for a perfect completion (furniture, machines...).

The male Buttons are proposed with M4 insert in M12 and the lengths going from 6 to 80 Misters a counter-nut is advised in the event of use in end of screw.
The Buttons females have the characteristic to be available with locknut.

The standard matter used is Polyamide 6, of black color. For other matters or color, your request must be made for a reasonable quantity.

Polyamide 6 is a matter which resists a certain number of chemical agents such as the gasoline, alcohol, the ether, the hydrocarbons...
The temperature of use at a peak can rise until +170°C, for a minimum of - 30°C. The melting point is of +250°C. For combustibility, Polyamide 6 is classified V2 on list UL 94.
