Absorption without wear
For the pneumatic cylinder a completely new absorption concept was developed. Complex tests and investigations brought a cylinder absorption out, which works completely without sealing elements - thus is perfectly wear-free.
By a specialized procedure an absorption is given under full load. The cushioning length is variable when desired.
Select materials guarantee long life span. Our pneumatic cylinders are made from aluminum, stainless steel as well as of surface-treated steel. The piston rods in standard version from stainless steel - chromium plates.
- Is void the complex assembly of the usual four linkages.
- Hygenic requirements are fulfilled by the insensitivity to contamination.
- Guides and cylinder grounds are bolted with the pipe by interior and/or external threads.
- Our guidance and floor parts can with all from the standard admitted flange and mounting elements to be equipped.
