The Rotocleaner Ems is a highly compact cleaning and degreasing machine. It operates as a single-bath system in which the parts to be cleaned are spray-cleaned in a rotating and oscillating basket. As it sprays them from all sides, the Ems ensures that the parts are thoroughly cleaned. At the same time, the extremely solid stainless steel construction provides for a high load bearing capacity.
The Ems uses an easy-to-operate touchscreen, like those found on copy machines. Smooth, shapely surfaces make it easy to clean. Large access doors in the side walls and a hinged cover on top facilitate servicing and maintenance. All input and output lines are properly bundled and routed near the rear wall. The ergonomic handle on the gate and assisting gas pressure springs make the daily work with the Ems easier for the operator.
