The BvL tunnel system with suspended hanger transport forms an elementary component in automated painting and cleaning technology. The preparation of the parts to be painted and cleaned is a decisive factor for the quality of the coat.
Various painting procedures require different degrees of cleanliness of the parts. Powder and water-borne paints, for example, place higher demands on cleanliness than solvent-based paints.
In our research facilities we coordinate the functionality of the tunnel system to our customers' expectations.
Processes like degreasing, phosphatizing, 1st and 2nd rinsing stages with subsequent drying zones are familiar processes for us. In cooperation with specialized companies, we additionally offer our customers entire painting lines.
