BWG supplies a complete program of roll coaters for strip no-rinse pre-treatment and after-treatment as well as for all applications in coil coating. Our coaters are designed with two or three rollers for coating in vertical or horizontal strip run.

Special design features are:

- Adjustment of the coater rollers via high-precision step motors
- Control of compressive forces between the coater rollers via force measuring devices
- Fast roller change
- Fast lacquer change

BWG roll coaters can be supplied individually as retrofits for coating sections in existing lines or as a component of a complete BWG coil coating line with all auxiliary equipment.
