For real-time labeling on packaging or products According to the type of pad the product is either in motion or not. Labels may be applied on the product from all sides. The pad is positioned above the peel-off plate. The label is held by the applicator during the printing process. A short stroke cylinder turns the tamp pad horizontally to the labeling position and places the label on the product. The cylinder stroke defines the maximum distance from the peel-off plate to the product. Tamp pad Labels are precisely applied on flat surfaces. Spring-mounted tamp pad Allows labels to be applied even on curved surfaces up to approx. 8°. Roll-on pad While in transport, labels are rolled on flat surfaces.
